Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Nous, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Nous on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The service

Nous is an AI launch engine. It reads a public GitHub repository you connect, builds a working description of your product, and generates go-to-market artifacts such as landing pages, distribution recommendations, drafted replies, social posts, and video ads. Nous drafts these for your review. It does not publish anything without your explicit approval.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Nous.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Nous is offered as a paid monthly subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nous to:

• Post spam, deceptive, or misleading content, or impersonate others.
• Violate the rules, terms, or community norms of any platform Nous connects to.
• Generate content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful.
• Attempt to bypass the human-approval step or automate disallowed mass posting.
• Probe, scan, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.

6. Your repositories and content

You retain all rights to your repositories and to the content you generate with Nous. You grant us a limited license to access connected repositories and process your inputs solely to provide the service. You are responsible for reviewing every artifact before it is published and for ensuring it complies with applicable platform rules and laws.

7. Intellectual property

Nous and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy the service.

8. Disclaimers

Nous is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generated content will achieve a particular result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nous will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using Nous and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or other users.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
